1.1 How do I place an order?

Placing an online order at is fast, easy and convenient! Simply add the items that you want into your shopping cart and follow the check out instructions. You also have the option to put items on hold by adding them to your shopping cart.

1.2 When will my order be invoiced?

You will receive an email containing your invoice as soon as the order has been placed.

1.3 Will I get an order confirmation?

You will get an email confirmation after your order has been successfully submitted.

1.4 What are the accepted method of payments?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac debit card, AMEX, cash, and Red Door Home Living issued gift cards for in-store purchases. We accept Visa and Mastercard for our online orders.

1.5 How can I check the status of my order?

2.1 What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 10 days of shipment date, upon presentation of the original receipt. The unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Items must be undamaged and in new condition. All sale clearance items (40% off or greater) are final sale and non-refundable. 

2.2 How can I return a product?

You can return any product by simply filling out the return form or contacting us to pick up a return or exchange for the in-store purchase.

2.3 My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We carefully inspect products prior to delivery and package them prior to delivery. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the product has any damage or issues, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 587.352.6322.

3.1 How long will it take for my order to ship?

We strive to ship items as fast and economical as possible. Certain items may arrive faster than others due to weight and size. You can log-in to your account to check the status of your products.

3.2 How much are shipping fees?

We offer free shipping for small item online purchases over $200 before tax and a flat free of $20 for small item online purchases under $200 with delivery within Canada.

In store pick up can be arranged any day during business hours free of charge.
